We are looking for 5-10 construction companies willing to donate a crew for a day or two. We will be constructing a 45’ x 80’ pole barn style addition with an unfinished interior. We are hoping to get the structure up and watertight in a two-week period in September 2025.

Programs

Veterans Program

At Mecosta Habitat, we believe that every veteran deserves to be welcomed home to a place of peace, stability, and community. Our Veterans Program works to empower all veterans through homeownership opportunities and home repairs. Together we can give veterans the opportunity they need to build strong and stable lives.

Home Ownership

We want every family in Mecosta County to have a safe and affordable home where they can be proud to live. When we partner with a family, not only do we help them build a new home, we help them develop the skills they need to become successful homeowners.

Critical Home Repair

Our Critical Home Repair Program addresses critical needs for low income homeowners and includes projects involving exterior repairs, weatherization, wheelchair ramp construction and other critical home repairs.

Get Involved

Volunteer

If our homeowner families are the heart of Habitat, our volunteers are the soul. There are many ways you can join in our life-changing work in the community. Depending upon your interests, you can assist with a building or Critical Home Repair project, volunteer at our ReStore or a fundraiser, or serve on a committee or the Board of Directors.
